Obligatory not a doctor.
I've had this most of my life. What worked for is allowing myself regular breaks away from screens, and just getting up and moving around. Is it a home office you're working at? If so, maybe try a standing desk. You also could try using glasses that filter blue light (Link). My brother uses them for similar symptoms and eye strain, and they work for him. I also would consider drinking more water, it's simple but often overlooked.
Best of luck!

These are the pair I got, it’s definitely something I can’t swear by but I feel like it’s helped, and probably most confident of an answer anyone can give since the best way is to not stare at screens 24/7, but that’s talking nonsense
Reposted from yesterday because I was ashamed to show the tower, but forgot that the rules make me.
Because I got this question yesterday, I'll go ahead and address it. I moved from retail to work for a good friend of my family. He owns a local business that's been around since the late 1930s, and was started by his grandfather. He's done well, and decided he wants to break into the online sales market, so I'm working with a web developer company to put together an e-commerce site, and once it's up, I'll be running it by myself until it's too much for just me, at which time I will hire people, and train and supervise them.

I know it’s nothing high performance, fast, or crazy expensive, but the desktop and monitors came with the job, so I can’t complain too much. Please ignore the mess of wiring underneath. It was set up when they gave me my office, so I didn’t get to run things like I would have. We will be relocating soon, and with that, I’ll make things look much cleaner. Hopefully, I’ll be upgrading soon to something not running Windows 7 Professional, and something not this, because this can barely even run photoshop without crashing the graphics card. Oh well!
