Normally goes for $119.99, but this appears to be a record low.

It's $90.30 if you buy directly from Amazon.com, rather than 3rd party.

I would stay away from receivers if you're looking for a headphone amp. The lower the output impedance, the better. There's a few different options for you. The Fiio K5 Pro for $150 is a dac/amp combo and would suit you well. It's out of stock at the moment, though. The Schiit Magni 3 on sale for $74, but it's only an amp. The SMSL M100 for $80, Topping D10 for $90 (USB only), Topping D30 for $105, and Schiit Modi 3 for $120 are all good dacs. If you only really need USB and you have a USB-C port on your computer, the Apple Dongle is very cheap and a decent dac. As far as a desktop amp, there's the SMSL SA100 for $74 and the Topping PA3 for $105 as options for you.

a mixer if you want all devices to output to your headphones at the same time. Then route the line out from the mixer to your amp.

A DAC with three digital inputs if you don't want to mix the signals. But I don't know if the PS4 pro or the Shield support external audio processing.

You could connect the shield via USB, the PS4 via TOSLINK, the PC via COAX and then route the analog signal from the DAC to an amp of your choice.

Topping D30 and jds atom would set you up nicely for any future headphones you wish to purchase.

SDAC is fine, but I really don't like the lack of inputs/outputs and being only Micro-USB for input it feels less than ideal for long term ownership. I'd rather pick up a Topping D30 which is only $101.99 right now with Prime, measures very well, and has multiple input options for SPDIF, coax, and USB, and nice toggle switches for everything in the front.

SPDIF is important for me to hook up a game console, and I use USB for phone/computer. If I'm shopping for an all-purpose DAC it should fit all my use-cases.
