My wife suffers from chronic back due to an improperly placed epidural. One thing that helped her was a back brace with lumbar belt. Here's one for reference:

I'm not sure about exosuits for the elderly, I know that they exist, but i don't know any suppliers. Still, a combination of these (maybe all of them) may help. Best of luck.
