Great work, especially with what you're working with. Is that Olive Wood, or Pear? I am Curious as to the wood stock you used and where you got it that size.
Check out this Rotary Rasp. I have one coming in the mail, right now. I saw a guy on youtube using one and it really helps take the chaff off prior to work sanding and finish sanding. You can chuck it into a hand drill and vise it, or on a bench drill press, or chucked into a lathe.
