Thanks! I think pecans would be delicious. I played with the idea of adding some mini chocolate chips (I love these allergen-free ones from Enjoy Life), which I think would be pretty tasty as well. Really, any mix-ins you want should work, though I'd add them after the second mix/freeze step otherwise they'll sink to the bottom!
