I use this Etude House eyebrow pencil daily and it lasts me around 6 months. The thing just never dies!
If you're cool with ordering online, I use the Etude House Drawing Brow in Gray Brown.
I personally really like this angled one from Korean brand Etude House. I use Dipbrow when I want my brows to be sharp, but my day-to-day use is that. It comes in a few different colors. I use #3 I think, and I will be repurchasing.
It's been a while since I've used a brow-wiz/pencil type product! I'm lazy and have pretty good natural brows, thank god. Mostly I just brush through my brows with the L'Oreal brow stylist plumper in light/medium or the Nyx brow mascara in...I'm not sure what color I have in this, exactly. I just know it's a little too dark for me >.< but I like it anyway.
I really like the ashiness (aaaand the price) of the etude house drawing eyebrow in grey brown although the formula is a little hard for my taste. It's hard to get a precise "hair-like" line with this but it's okay for filling in patchy areas.
Oh wait I also have a tarte powder from forever ago that I think I will probably l have until I die; there is so much of it in the pan. I have it in medium brown and it's the perfect color. I just use an angled brush with this one. This might be the closest thing to the benefit brow zings that I can comment on, although it doesn't come with a wax or anything.
Not an eyeliner but have your tried looking at asian brow pencils?
Etude makes one similar in shape to the brow definer.
It's $4 on amazon. Works very will with cool toned brown brows.

Eastern asian here, in your exact situation! I have this grey-brown eyebrow pencil by Etude House that's literally the perfect color for my brows. Maybe it's something you could try?
Etude House makes a grey one and a straight up grey brown one that fits those guidelines. Grey brown and dark grey. I have the dark grey and I love it.
