It's only $60 on Amazon so you might still be in the running. I got one and my Siamese boy promptly destroyed all the moving parts.
I had good luck on Amazon. I've bought this one and Go Pet Club Cat Tree.
My little dude loves sitting on these and staring out the window at birbs and squirrels.
