I had basically the exact same problem with my child.
I would strongly recommend trying probiotics. I put them in her milk every day and we haven't had a problem since (about 1.5yrs now). Especially useful since your girl just had antibiotics, they destroy a lot of the natural flora in the gut.
I use Garden of Life Raw Probiotics, you can get them at Vitamin Shoppe or other health food stores in the refrigerated section.
