While you could state that in the waiver, sometimes waivers don't always hold up in the court of law. You'd realistically need a lawyer to draft the waiver up for you and then have it notarized. A waiver isn't a 100% guarantee, it's more of a guideline of expectations. This is what event insurance covers. If something does get damaged, insurance will cover it and they are less likely to consider suing you. This is why if you run an event at some locations, they require you to fill out an event form and part of filling that out is who is your event insurance carrier. Some places won't even let you run an event at a place without having event insurance.

The best safety eye wear in bulk for smaller kids is probably these:

I use the adult ones and they work pretty good. They do fog up though, so be aware of that, but they're pretty decent for the price and kids love picking out their own colors.

CTF & stuff is fine. If you're doing CTF, make some good flags that are protected to reduce possible injuries. I use PVC pipe covered in fun noodle and a bandanna attached to it. The insulation helps prevent people from getting injured if they are running with it.

Some other things I should have mentioned before that I just now remembered:
Whoever is purchasing the party/event, have them sign a contract with the details of the event that is separate from the waivers. The waivers should be for the participants and the contract between you and the client. Make sure it has detailed stuff about damage to your equipment/barriers, etc.

Also require a deposit. At least 1/3rd of the cost to secure the date. Refundable deposit is up to you.

Make sure all kids have the exact same blaster (Strongarm/Disruptor is usually the best) and then have an "extras" option for upgrades of blasters. So for an extra cost, 1 blaster can be upgraded. You can also do this with barriers. A default event provides X amount of barriers. Extra barriers cost extra. Same with darts. X amount by default, but additional darts cost extra. Add-ons will help on your RoI. Usually if I run a birthday party, I'll let the birthday child use an upgraded blaster for free so they feel special.
