Besides the amazing grip tape from wizard tricks or some special silicon grip tape, try getting EPDM grip tape. It is nicely made, in that as you use and wear it down, small bits of wear and tear appear that actually increase the grippiness. So the more you use it, it won't badly degrade and might actually feel better.
