This thread is pointless. We should be looking at the cheapest "filler" that will allow the acquisition of the snack.
The most likely candidate is getting two 5-pound bags of Haribo Gummi Candy. Possibly not the outright cheapest, but considering the added value of the Haribo Gummi Candy this is a far better deal than the more expensive CPU.
Possibly more seriously, there's any amount of electronics in the $25+ range that could be called "a sale" as it comes with a snack. The 212 evo for instance is $25 after MIR (not terrible) + snack. Resell the snack for just $5 and you're getting a low end cooler for just $20.
