I'd recommend grabbing a dual 1/4" -> dual 1/4" cable like this instead.

Just got the 2i2 a few weeks ago. Sound quality is fantastic with my M-Audio AV 40's. Had a camelcamelcamel price alert for Amazon and got it for $120 plus these cables.

PC --> 3.5mm stereo to dual 1/4" phono plugs --> into the sub ==> dual 1/4" to 1/4" cables out of the sub to the mains. The crossover is in the sub.

You don't need a usb interface.

That sub (despite the graphic on the back) will accept (and output) an unbalanced signal using TS plugs, it doesn't have to be TRS or a balanced signal.

Also keep an eye on Monoprice's promo code sales - for Memorial Day they had a code for $10 off $100+, $25 off $250+, $50 off $500+ - they'll prob do the same, if not more, for July 4th.

You could probably find the cables at Monoprice too

Huh, this is going to be an odd setup.

So, the LP120 has a phono stage built in -- make sure the switch on the back of your LP120 is in the 'LINE' position.

Then, use something like this to plug into one of the inputs on the front of your Scarlett. You want dual female RCAs to one 1/4" stereo plug (two colored bands on the plug).

Then, finally, use something like this to run from the two Line Outputs on the back of the Scarlett to your two monitors. You basically want two mono 1/4" patch cables (one colored band on the plugs). Guitar cable works just fine if you have some of those laying around.

In theory this should work.

Is this the correct item for the Lexicon Alpha? https://www.amazon.com/Lexicon-2-Channel-Desktop-Recording-Studio/dp/B000HVXMNE
This for the cables? https://www.amazon.com/Hosa-CPP-202-Stereo-Interconnect-Cable/dp/B000068O1B

I'll expand my budget to include two new monitors for $283 plus $47 for the Lexicon and approx $7 for the cables. Does this look good?

If we're thinking of the same cable, it's a stereo ts to stereo ts cable from Hosa like this: https://www.amazon.com/Hosa-CPP-202-Stereo-Interconnect-Cable/dp/B000068O1B/ref=pd_lpo_267_tr_t_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=NHNGKBW58AJ6XYEQ75QT

I was originally just playing the P6 with stereo out, but then decided to get out the modular too and was too lazy to fish out a new single 1/4in cable.

I couldn't find a clear picture of the back of a WK 3500, but it's outputs looks like two 1/4 inch cables with each being left and right.

You would get two 1/4 inch TS (tip sleeve, cheaper than TRS, tip ring sleeve) cables and they would probably go in the inputs on the M-audio labeled guitar line input, trying the MIC/LINE switch in both settings

One day you might find yourself needing TRS cable though, which will also work here.
