We can find a lot of keyboards that fit your need and budget with a better quality ;)
Ducky One TKL , Deck Francium , [IKC F87] (https://www.amazon.com/Double-Shot-Mechanical-Keyboard-Switches-K6D73S411003/dp/B01LYV47MV)
This is a good deal right now - https://www.amazon.com/Double-Shot-Mechanical-Keyboard-Switches-TenKeyLess/dp/B01LYV47MV/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1510520371&sr=8-3&keywords=ikbc
iKBC makes some solid budget oriented keyboards. After all, the switches are not made by them so it's mostly the case + keycaps you have to worry about. iKBC makes some nice aluminum cased keyboards.
The Cooler Master MasterKey S is a solid board as well. It comes in varieties without lighting, with single LEDs, and with RGB.
Any Ducky/Varmilo/Leopold board would be absolutely fine if you can find one within budget. They're on the nicer end.
The MX Silvers are probably a bit shorter than what most people want. I always recommend you try and get out somewhere that has some keyboards on display so you can try some of the switches. It's literally all preference as you'll find people in all sorts of positions/roles/etc that prefer different kinds.

IKBC is just as good as Ducky.
iKBC is a great option. Comes in an aluminum body and a plastic. Coolermaster Masterkeys is always a good option too.
Edit: I guess you could also go semi custom and get the KBD75, KBDfans offers an assembly service also.
Ducky Shine 6, Ducky One TKL RGB
Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro S, Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro L
iKBC F87, iKBC F108
Not sure if these are the best prices for these keyboards, so if you like one, you might want to search around to see if there are better prices before making a purchase.
IKBC F87 RGB also available in White
IKBC F87 would be the one they'd want though, if they're after the Pro S.
FWIW too OP, I still love my Pro S.

Why not this one? It's a way better board with way better keycaps and comes in white as a TKL. And it's way cheaper.
You can get an F87 or F108 for just over $100, which is going to be your cheapest high quality RGB option.
If you want non-backlight the Ducky One 2 is definitely one of the best options, though as others said you can probably snag a Leopold or Varmillo around $120, which will be another step up in build quality.

Or even this one https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Keyboard-Cherry-Switch-Aluminum/dp/B07211ZYKC
Actually, some negative reviews say that the usb cable tends to stop working over time (after ~8 months) for the Rosewill one. I'm going for this one now. A bit over $100 and TKL design but you can go below 100 in exchange for the RGB.
It's in stock on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Double-Shot-Tenkeyless-Compact-Mechanical-Keyboard/dp/B01LYV47MV/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481778783&sr=8-1&keywords=ikbc
iKBC f87 Can be bought with and without rgb
Comparison off three TKL keyboards. Which one would you choose?
Thank you for you help.
Cherry doesn't make RGB Green switches; closest you can get is Blues. Same feel as Greens but easier to press (the springs are lighter). For that, I'd recommend:
IKBC F-87 or MF-87 if you get a drop on Massdrop. I have the MF-87 which is exactly like the F-87 but the whole case is made out of aluminum. I totally love this keyboard and I've seen really positive reviews of the plastic one as well. Here's the link for the plastic one on Amazon.
