You should definitely go try more switches if you can. Im sure someone here can tell you what they think but you will never really know what the difference is. There are a lot of different switches. In my opinion it kind of sounds like you want a Gateron brown switch, they are supposed to have a more noticeable tactile bump then what you would get with cherry browns which is barely noticeable, but I have heard gateron feel lower quality than cherry. You seem to be kind of picky about your switches so you should probably definitely go try out switches or buy a switch tester before making a decision.
