Have you tried Monk Fruit? Another poster suggested https://www.amazon.com/Lakanto-Monkfruit-Sweetener-Calories-Original/dp/B072P5SQMN/ref=sr_1_9_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1505965567&sr=8-9-spons&keywords=lakonta%2Bmonk%2Bfruit&th=1 but I did not not whom, sorry.
This is my go to sweetener:
https://www.amazon.com/Lakanto-Monkfruit-Sweetener-Calories-Original/dp/B072P5SQMN/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1504382938&sr=8-1&keywords=lakanto+drops
I also get the granulated since it's mixed with erythritol, which doesn't impact BG for most people.
Sorry, I don't have that bitter tasting gene, so Stevia just tastes sweet to me. I think people have said liquid is better than powdered, though. You could try Monkfruit like Lakanto brand.
You should do the whole30 diet. You will completely stop craving sweets and learn to like black coffee (I like cold brew, it's less bitter, but you live in Canada so that probably doesn't sound great lol)
Did you check Amazon for monk fruit? I see a bunch of different sweeteners that are $10 or less. Someone actually recommended this brand to me today:
