I got it via a company called Big Apple Buddy who buy tech and so forth in the US and ship it.
Top-end Yoga 720 (4k screen, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM) was on a deal on Lenovo's site for $1499, bill from Big Apple Buddy including their own $50 fees, NY Sales Tax, and shipping FedEx priority was $1830- so £1410.
Haven't actually got the import duty bill yet (Apparently it's possible with FedEx priority that you'll have the parcel before the bill. Have emailed FedEx asking but not heard back yet) but I believe that should come to another +20% of the $1499 base price, so £1520 total.
For a power lead I just grabbed this off Amazon, but any clover-leaf power lead should work. I also grabbed a Bamboo Smart pen, and am strangely enough planning on getting an external keyboard as I use ZBrush a lot and the perfect form-factor for that with this would be "Fold into tablet mode, have keyboard off to the side".
