You mean actual bamboo shoots covered in chocolate? Because I've never heard of that and don't think that exists.

What does exist though, is a Japanese chocolate-covered biscuit snack shaped like mini-bamboo shoots. It might be harder to find than more popular Meiji offerings like Yan Yan or Hello Panda, but you should still be able to find it in most Asian specialty stores. Maybe try Hong Kong Supermarket.
