Thanks. Shoe wise my main pair is a set of these, although it's an older model that doesn't have that button/strip thing in the top center. I've taken pretty good care of them, and they still look pretty good with jeans, I've found. I've also got a pair of brown hiking boots I wear when it's wet or snowy out. Or when I go hiking. Also, a pair of cheapo runners that I don't wear much anymore (probably just use them when I work out). The boots you linked too are cool, but the strap on them seems a bit too flashy for me. I don't really want to be too attention grabbing; I guess I'd describe my ideal style as "refined simplicity", if that makes sense. I tend to prefer solid colors or simple patterns, and would prefer to find ways to look good through smart color combinations and good fit.

Having a styling buddy would be kind of cool, but I wonder how exactly that would work. Would I just PM you pictures or something? In any event, thanks for the offer, and for taking the time to come back and comment!
