Ive never bought one so I couldn't recommend any.
There seem to be lots of options online though. This one seemingly gets good reviews, doesn't have a bunch of holes in the down tube, and says you can run the hdmi and power through the mount itself
(though I would imagine you'd need to run an extension cord through the mount and then coil the power cable behind the tv as the power cable probably isn't long enough to go up the mount and to the wall cleanly. But you can get extensions and super long HDMI cables online)
