Photo for sizing comparison.
I can't include every vendor's name, there are just too many so hopefully that sizing photo will help you. I haven't included Sixteen92's 2ml sample in a case because I just put mine in the side of the Plano 12 or 16 Gauge box.
BPAL's imps are also 1ml. BPAL full size fits, tight into a 10-12 gauge ammo case.
I hope this helps! :)
I use a book meant to hold trading cards to hold my eyeshadow sample bags and an ammo box to hold my 1 mL perfume samples. They keep my samples organized and really easy to access. I organized the book by color and the perfumes by brand and the order they're in in my spreadsheet. I can link them in a little bit, I'm on mobile right now
here's the book and the box. I got the box for $4, no idea why it jumped up so high, there's many other boxes the same size you can find but basically you're looking for 38/357 cal because that's the perfect size for 1 mL samples. there's also larger boxes that'll fit 2 mL sample vials. here's my book. First page has the ones I use the most (dog days, smudge, atlas, figment), then taupes, lighter base colors, highlights, gold, orange, blue, green, pink, pink/purple, purple, brown/black, with all colors in order from light -> dark.
Re: perfume storage, ammo boxes have worked fine for me and they're quite a bit cheaper!
The absolute best solution I have found is--I kid you not--bullet holders, like this one. A vial fits in it PERFECTLY and you can fit a ton in there. I even have an Excel spreadsheet keeping track of what is placed where in mine, color coded for what I've tried, what I want to get full sizes of, and what blends are rare... but I also have a bit of an organizing addiction.

I guess it isn't aesthetically pleasing, but it keeps them safe. It fits standard 1ml vials perfectly.
