While we are waiting on some more knowledgeable people to comment. My recommendation is a canister vacuum. This is a bit a bulk, but the dust capacity is higher than a stick vac. My go to recommendations based on this and your parameters are what are tricking me up. I have two recommendations, but both violate one of your parameters in favor of another. Both of these machines are US models and made in the UK. These are both bagged machines and are both energy energy efficient.
My first suggestion violates your cordless parameter, but stays within the other parameters. I asking is normally $500 and up in a vacuum .
I would recommend this machine and buy turbo tool to go with it.
