Caffeine and L-Theanine work great for me for motivation and focus. Sounds like you're stressed too. Ashwagandha has helped me with stress/anxiety. Good luck

Yeah I read the beginner's guide but I'm still unsure. Like, I was looking on Amazon for combinations but they didn't specify how pure the l-theanine was (Suntheanine is the only 100% because they patented the process, right?). I see a lot of them have high reviews but they just look scammy like this saying words like "smart drug no jitters or crash", even though it may be the case just sounds like marketing buzzwords, etc.
