I use Nature's Way Alive! Women's Multivitamin. I have noticed my energy level being higher! It's pretty astounding actually. I usually get dog tired during the day, and I haven't this week at all. It's actually not that expensive - just $12 - and it's one tablet a day (each bottle has 90 tablets). I would suggest trying it out!
