I started using these when working at a factory, 12+ hour days on my feet and opted to use them again when I started working at a food distribution warehouse, 4, 10+ hour days. So...these were pretty good for me.
edit I was just reading some of the other comments, somebody mentioned some socks. I didn't get anything special but I always double layered my socks, such a huge difference.
