More pressure: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KFCR5BA
Silent Wing 3: both. It's an airflow fan with more air pressure than normal. Enough for any case but probably not enough for a radiator.
It would have looked great in your build if went for the black ones
Thanks, i appreciate that. I am more into customizing pcs than gaming these days, it is a really fan hobby, i am even thinking of migrating to a thermaltake p5 case from my current phanteks one and even paint the ram sticks.
If you ever feel like changing those noctua brown fans on the radiator, i can highly recommend the noctua industrial ones, with red rubber pads. It is the one i use on my current build that you saw as a rear exhaust fan. They are the best double duty fans, good static pressure performance like your current noctua ones but much better static air flow performance, you could replace those two noctua af fans that are visible from the side with two of them at your radiator to increase the air flow that goes directly to the card. A motherboard with good pwm control is necessary though for those to be silent. The hero handles them no problem, i have two of those and i never hear them
Also if you reaaaally feel like it, you could add a bit of grey to your custom cables, to compliment they ram sticks and the grey accent on the mobo. Something like this. Anyway, i am rambling perhaps you are not even interested with this stuff. Have fan with the card. Congrats for your daughter as well!
Cougar Vortex - The only equal of Noctua fans that I have found. Comes in black if you aren't a fan of orange.
Noctua NF-F12 - Bit more expensive than Cougar, not higher quality but better known. Bit of a fashion statement but still very high quality. Check the more expensive industrialPPC version if you want black.
I personally always pick Cougar. Saves me $8 per fan and orange is my favorite color.
This is just a regular U12A, minus the 2 NF-A12x25, plus 2 Industrial PPC-2000 NF-F12s with Chromax black zero vibration tabs.

These right here. They are overkill for my build because I only run at 700RPM, but worth it so my fans won't be puke brown colored.
That pic isn't from my build but I copied it exactly (besides the GPU). I didn't think of putting a 4th fan between the HDD and the plate. Thanks for the response.
I currently have 3x http://amzn.com/B00KFCR5BA fans, for the one on the HDD i'm wondering if there is a thinner fan with that kinda of quality? maybe this: http://amzn.com/B00NOTVCUQ
I agree. They are ugly as hell. I think of them like I think of a Glock. A beautifully engineered Austrian product that's ugly as sin to look at. As long as it does it's job, I'm happy!
But, I do think they have some models that come in black now. Im procrastinating studying for finals, so I'm not going to look right this second, but you should check around and see.
Edit: I changed my mind and procrastinated a bit more. They do have these bad boys. I think the retail fans tend to be a bit louder, but at least they aren't beige.
The fan I received came with nothing but the fan and the four screws. I ordered from amazon and might return it. I thought it would have came with some accessories.

Would this guy as an intake and this as exhaust give good enough airflow? Or should I swap the front fan for two 140mm static pressure fans?
> What fan controllers do you recommend?
I use the Corsair Commander Mini. The software is complete and utter shit but it's really the only thing I've found that correctly controls my Noctua IndustrialPPC fans.
If you get 4 pin fans ( also called PWM ) you need to make sure your fan controller actually controls on the 4th pin. Most fan controllers will regulate fan speed by giving the fan less power which makes it spin slower. For most fans this is OK even if they're 4 pin controlled, but for some it can wear out the fan more quickly.
If you pick a fan controller that only controls voltage, go with a 3 pin fan ( DC or Voltage controlled )
> What case fans do you recommend?
Noctua fans are held in very high regard. They have the original beige and tan fans which are good at moving air at decent noise levels, but are expensive.
Then they have the IndustrialPPC line of fans that move a crap-ton of air with a lot of noise ( if you spin them at <1500RPM they're silent and still move a lot of air ) but are very expensive.
Then they have the Redux line which is like the beige and tan ones, but cheaper and older less efficient design.
> What are good fans to put on my cooler master V6?
Same as above.
> If anyone knows what I should do I would appreciate it.
Do not open your power supply. There are capacitors in there that can seriously injure you if you don't do things correctly. Look at getting a new PSU from a good manufacturer. Corsair's PSUs are extremely good and don't even turn on their fan under a certain load.
Edit: Added links and expanded some reasoning.
I got two of these, used for two months; I can do $35 shipped if you're interested.
I have 4 120mm Noctua fans and 3 140mm Noctua fans available
Will this be even better if I pair it with this fan?

Fractal has some great budget cases for under $50 I believe. Phanteks sits more on the high-end so avoid those for now. Those fans are also about $20 a pop: here
If somebody can confirm this and give the fan size for the t420 then that's pretty much a sell for me.
Edit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-PowerEdge-T420-LFF-Server-2-4GHz-12-Cores-32GB-RAM-8x-300GB-10K/182930938336?hash=item2a978899e0:g:pqQAAOSwX3FaHIVI
Can anyone identify the fan size, a conversion may be possible then.
Edit 2: This appears to be the fan used, https://www.amazon.com/Delta-AFC1212DE-120mm-38mm-Y4574/dp/B0099TTAIG It's a 120mm x 38mm pwm fan.
So this should fit right?:
