It's a little cheaper than Soylent, and if you mix it with Orgain Unsweetened Vanilla + Protein, you'll have your protein and basic vitamins covered. You can add the superfood powders you mention, complex carbs like grains or simpler carbs as fruits. Personally, I wouldn't do it that way, but as you said, it would be better than a lot of people's diets these days. IMO, Soylent's missing more than the things you'd add and shouldn't really be considered a full food replacement.
