Welcome!

> Have Read - The Bible (except for some OT prophecy).

What's keeping you from reading the whole thing? Are you reading your Bible daily? I credit this for more transformation since I started doing it faithfully than anything else I have done, period. PM me if you would like a copy of the reading plan I use.

>MAP -

>Get lean. Continue IF 18/6 300 cal deficit for 2 weeks

>Get strong. Re-start SSLP in two weeks with a 30% de-load. Run SSLP for 6 weeks. IF 18/16 200 cal surplus.

>Get stronger. Barbell Medicine The Bridge v1.0

>Get big. Barbell Medicine GPP Hypertrophy focus. IF 16/8 500 cal surplus.

Your physical MAP is good, I like it. Good, clear actionable goals and targets.

>Had T-level tested in July - 490 (only total was tested). Not great. Raising T naturally will be a priority moving forward. I don’t want to pursue TRT. Will have it tested again in December.

>Research natural supplements for T.

Try using some Pine Pollen Tincture. When I take this stuff, I can literally feel the difference in my attitude and energy. Great stuff, I highly recommend it.

>Eating is very clean. No sugar, little dairy, very little grain. Lots of meat, good fats and vegetables.

>Goal this week - Meal prep and track eating in MFP.

This is good.

>I’m currently inside the recovery/healing window and can’t wait to restart training. Counting down the days until I’m back in the gym.

Make sure you're fully recovered before you start lifting again. You don't want to set yourself back further by jumping the gun.

>MAP -

>Read, reconcile/filter against the Word, internalize and record key take-aways.

>Recognize fitness tests and don’t DEER. Use AM and fogging. Note fitness test failures, DEER-ing and validation-seaking acts.

>Manage device time at home by turning it off for 2-3 hours at night and 10-12 hours on Sundays. Give my attention to my family during my short time at home.

Your mental MAP is good too.

>I’ve been in STFU mode for a few weeks now with my wife. While I’m passsing more fitness tests, there’s a problem - I’m becoming autistic.

This should help with STFU.

>I have my face in my phone way too much at home. I need to actually be there when I’m home, which isn’t much due to my career.

There's a simple solution to this: put your phone on charge in another room. Then sit down with your wife, get your Bibles, and lead your family by reading the Scriptures out loud to them. Make it a nightly habit. I have been doing this with my family since 2015, and it's been a game-changer. God will bless you for your efforts.

>A big problem is I care way too much what other people think. I catch myself saying things to just seek approval. To a large extent, I feel like I’m the Nice Guy Glover talks about.

Yes, you are. Like most of the rest of us. The good news is, being conscious of this is the first step to changing it. Be mindful of doing and saying things to get a reaction out of others. Over time this will change as you are mindful in the moment.

>I don’t kino much and when I do, I’m probably doing it wrong. Probably need to re-read MMSLP and a book on game.

Yes, this would be a good reread. Think of it this way: kino should be flirting without closing. So flirt with her when there's no chance of closing at the moment. When you're leaving for the gym, slide your hand around her and slap her on the behind. Then leave for the gym. When you leave for work in the morning, push her against the wall and give her a passionate kiss and a grope, then walk out the door with a smile on your face. She will see this as genuine because it's no longer a covert contract to get sex. This will increase her attraction to you if you're consistent in this way.

>MAP -

>Prayer - build medidation and prayer into a habit by doing it first in the morning. Pick a passage of scripture to meditate upon before free prayer. Review and refer to Keller’s Prayer often.

This is good.

>Pastor of Household - Shell out time to pray with my wife (after kids go to bed). Build prayer with wife into a habit.

This is good as well.

>Pastor of Household - Spirtually lead my children by praying with them/for them at bedtime, speak openly about my faith with them, use the dinner table as time to discuss scripture and how God is working in each of our lives

I would add to this that a regular Bible reading time together as a family, in the evening, will go a long way towards building this up. Prayer is you speaking to God. The Bible is God speaking to you. Both are necessary, and there's something about getting in the word that facilitates inner change through the power of the Spirit.

>Find someone to mentor

You speak of limited time at home now. Do you really have time for this? I would focus on mentoring your family for now, as they are your first priority and mission.

>Started with Rom 3:23 this week and pinned it on my workstation to memorize.

This is a good start!

>I started a men’s group about 2 years ago with guys from church. Great fellowship and accountability. I meet with one of the guys one-on-one for accountability. Corporate prayer with the group is strong. It’s turning into a tribe focusing on Biblical masculinity.

Awesome!

>Very, very poor on this. I struggle with evangelizing. Even though I grew up going to church, I was inadvertently taught you don’t talk about God outside the church. Kind of like Fight Club, I guess. I don’t think I’ve ever shared the Gospel with another non-believer. Fear of what they’ll think or that they’ll withdraw their good will is paralyzing. I rate this a 2, because I am working to drop seeds with folks in conversation. This is the Great Commission. I must do better.

Yes, this is essential for all followers of Christ - there are no exceptions. Here's what God used to get me to share my faith - I have no trouble doing it now:

The company seems legit and any time I email them they respond quickly.
And honestly I felt the effects after a few days, some days morning wood feels more like morning metal.
