It sounds like the second would be the one to go with, since it has the ball valve? It also has a check valve, which I think the current tee has, hiding under the wrapping. Is that necessary? I'm not sure if that is meant to keep the water from flowing back down the well or what.
I think my current switch is a 30/50, would it be a bad idea to go for a higher switch to have more water pressure?
I did check the tank, it seem like it is at a good pressure (28) and sounds hollow.
