Ugh...I'd recommend building a power bus and appropriately rated power supply to handle the total amperage required by all the boards. That brick is 2.7 amp output, so, a 12V DC out, 60 amp supply should do you fine (that's 1200 Watts, so certianly not unreasonable).

Something like this, perhaps..
