There are headphone jack to BT adapters, but when I was reading reviews, they only seem to be good for listening to music, as there's enough lag on them to get the audio and video out of sync.
There are things like this that plug into a USB port and make the PS4 think the BT headset is USB, but I have no idea how well they work. That link is just an example, I've never used it, and don't intend to recommend it (or not).
