I’m gay and get fucked up the butt quite a bit so I think I can offer some advice.
First off, what you wanna do is buy this and this.
The enema bulb is pretty easy to use. You fill it
up with warm water and insert the tip into the asshole. Squeeze the water completely into the rectum, hold it in for a couple minutes (or however long is she’s comfortable), and release the water back into the toilet. This will loosen up any residual poop that might be in the rectum and bring it out when the water is expelled.
