I used to wear Dansko and Birkis and although they gave great knee/back support, they really hurt my feet and were difficult to move around quickly in.

I feel like clogs are tough to wear if you're required to move fast or long distances. I picked up these guys about 3 months ago and I feel like a brand new cook.

Not kidding.

Some people joke that they look funny, but I cut my ticket time in half, close a half hour earlier and am just the best damn chef I can be when I'm wearing these.

Only problem is they're not non-slip.
