You should know that the 2019 version of the Advanced Skin 5 Set was introduced at a lower price point than previous versions, so you can actually find it for about the same as the 2016 version you linked. An important improvement in the 2019 version is that they've got more granular sizes (5 instead of 3) so you can get one that fits just right.

I got the 2019 version as my first running vest and I'm super impressed. Ran 45km in it last week with a full 1.5L hydration bladder, snacks, trekking poles, and stowed rain clothes. Really comfortable, no bounce, and can be customized quite a bit. I considered the S-Lab Ultra ones as well as they're lighter, but thought the small weight savings not worth it when weighed against reports I've read that they bounce more when loaded (due to the more stretchy fabric).
