They are RGB, so I can change them between a few colors and modes.
I rigged up a harbor freight solar panel to a harbor frieght jump start battery pack. (Gotta do a little leg work on comboing their sales & 20% coupons to do this on the cheap) Using this Solar Panel Charge Controller.
This powers my usb lights and charges phones using the 12volt out and some usb adapters. Just make sure it's going to be sunny before you drain the battery completely with the lights.
You either need to buy strip lights that have the usb as the power source, or dig around to find somebody else who might have a tutorial on connecting the lights you want to a usb connector.
Somebody once posted a picture of a strip of LEDs they stuck inside the frame of the press to illuminate everything inside the work space.
