Secrid Slim
Most slim wallets make it difficult to remove your card, but the trigger mechanism on this one solves that problem.
It took about four-six months for me, not a huge hassle. By that time I was already needing new jeans anyway.
They make some with leather wraps to help the issue, not sure if they just sell the leather though. I bet you could find/make your own and it would work out great.
Damn I miss that thing, have to go dig it out of my desk now...
