any clock that has a westminster chime, i.e. chimes like big ben will do the job. the quarter hour is one fourth of the whole chime, the half hour chime, half, and the quarter to the hour chime, three-quarters.
the full hour is the whole chime plus however many strokes for the actual hour. it also has a mechanism that turns it off from 11 pm to 6am. and can be adjusted for volume
it's very pretty. here's an example from amazon that has the all features mine has, but i got mine on craigslist for $30. and since mine wasn't real wood, i took the works out and painted the wood-like case a deep indigo color!
