You could use this for the SNES, Dreamcast, N64 and PS1. Wii and Xbox can use the YPbPr slots, 1 HDMI for the PS3, NES gets the coax. Alternatively they make bigger versions of that device, and you could probably get everything on one of those, then the wii/360/ps3 on dedicated slots.

Why not get a cheap AV Selector and have it go backwards? I'm sure the cheap ones are just mechanical switches...

You'd probably have better luck going with RCA so you can just pick up a cheap AV switchbox similar to this. Note: I have not used that brand and do not recommend it. :)

Well since you have self powered speakers all you really need is an RCA source switch or preamp that you plug all your sources into. I am not sure what sources you actually want but an old CD player, radio or an Ipod would suffice.
