I've see these multiple times at random stores and possibly Ikea at a few times.
I'm pretty sure it's just a photo storage box as it's the right size for storing 4x6 prints.

I don't know where you live, but if you're in Western Canada, I'm positive I've seen these things at London Drugs.
It is a walk-in closet. My idea is something similar to this, but due to the volume of discs, I was looking for something more cost effective. I also don't care for the binders; I prefer to keep the discs in their original packaging. I will take some photos tonight and post them on here to give you a better idea of what I'm working with.
The ones you linked are just DVD storage boxes. There are tons of them on amazon.
