As someone who spends a lot of time wiring, I wouldn't recommend those wire strippers, in my experience they're usually fiddly and crappy to use.

Personally, I use these for cutting wire

and these for stripping wire.

Just my opinion, you can use scissors for cutting and a set of nail clippers for stripping. But the above tools will make for the fastest and neatest job with pretty much any cable you throw at them, within reason.
