Anyone have a line on an 11mm to Weaver/Picatinny adapter mount with a long rail?

I'm trying to get a sort-of, but not really, scout-type mount, but most of the adapters I find are little ~4"-6" rails. Biggest I found was this 8" adapter on Amazon, but I need ~10" (maybe a little more even) for this project. I can't use drill & tap mounts, so I'm stuck with the 11mm dovetail base. It's either that or mount a long W/P on top of one of the smaller ones, but that would raise everything up higher than what I'd like. I looked at AR top rails, but I'm not sure they'll fit to an 11mm base.
