About 2 years ago I had CT in my non-bowling wrist. Funny enough, at the time, I bought a new phone and because of the shape and how I held it, I developed CT. I got the wrist support that stabilizes your thumb. Similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/Thumb-Splint-Wrist-Brace-Immobilizer/dp/B07DXM7Y2F

Saw the doctor, took some anti-inflammatory and it luckily went away shortly after.

The past 2 months, my bowling arm wrist has developed CT. This one isn't as painful and it actually does not hurt while in the motion of bowling. It does hurt other times, a lot.

I can't bowl with that wrist support that stabilizes your thumb. I went looking around and found this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PFUPRQ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

I cannot say this is the answer, I am still using it, but the pain has slowly gone away and I do feel support when I bowl. Its difficult to 'recommend', but it seems to be helping.
