I've been taking something called "Chasteberry" and it has helped IMMENSELY. I used to have to wear multiple exercise bras just to deal with tenderness. Sometimes I'd have to skip a workout just because of those fuckers! But after about a month of taking it daily I noticed a lot of my PMS symptoms (breast soreness, cramps, bloating especially) disappearing/lessening. I HIGHLY recommend it. You can buy it off Amazon or any health food store in a pill form. I also have lighter periods.
This is what I buy, one of the few pills that have a vegetarian capsule.
