I've seen this video before, it's not the best, but at least it's opening up a dialogue. I have an MA in Biblical Studies and Theology, so this topic is one I'm well versed it. My favorite book on the topic is Jesus the Bible and Homosexuality by Rogers. Check it out.

Would you ever use commentaries or Bible dictionaries? The Bible is a big book, and it is often useful to read other peoples opinions about what it says.
"What the Bible Really Says about Homosexuality" is a good place to start. "The Children Are Free" is good too.
