This would definitely be it. The only other keyboard that comes close to this is this, but it doesn't look like it can be used as a normal keyboard.
For whats it's worth, I wanted the same thing and ended up buying an X-Keys XK-80.
I didn't mind having regular keybinds, but having to remember what combos do what for every plane was getting excessive for me to remember.
I have mine configured to essentially be an extension of my keyboard (and numpad) as well as a few of the Function keys. I have a volairsim flight char and just have it sitting on my right hand mount (stick in the center and throttle on left).
I REALLY like it. I have all the stations configured for easy selection for both the F5 and Harrier, so I don't have to mess with clicking to change weapons rapidly. I also have a numpad configured to use with both the mirage and gazelle for inputting coordinates and whatnot.
Aside from those, I also have keys bound to center/standby my TrackIR as well as F10 and F1 keys to swap to and from the Map view easily.
Software is pretty good and the pad has a software and hardware mode (hardware stores the bindings in memory on the pad itself and seems to run a little faster).
I use something similar to this product on amazon. Mine is just homemade from arduino devices. But I remap and create macro keys to reduce my repetitive workload.
