At your relative's house.. depending on how far you are from their sewer clean out.. one way to go might be the Sewer Solution. You can get extra hose for it or use 1" plastic pipe. Even pumps uphill.

We use it instead of the standard slinky. Slower but cleaner.

I am assuming that the spot you leased in this campground does NOT include a dump station. Is that correct?

Here is what I do to dump my tanks when no dump station is around or I do not want to move the trailer. I purchased a macerator with a Clean Dump CDH-20 20 foot heavy duty hose and the adapter. Then I went to Tractor Supply and purchased a 50 gallon polyethylene tank. I mounted an ordinary RV slide valve for a 3 inch hose to the tank which allows me to dump the tank at a dump station.

If you bought the macerator and the tank you would be able to pump out your trailer tanks into the 50 gallon tank (which I put into the bed of my truck before pumping out), then drive to the Porta John and use the macerator to pump the contents of the tank into the Porta John. Now hopefully the Porta John is not so full that it would overflow when you pumped your tank into it.
