I also use Hertel wax which you can also find on amazon and get quite a lot for a great price. I like it havent had a problem with my boards being slow.

Cheap snow wax irons aren't much better than using a shitty clothes iron (if at all,) but it's a whole new experience using a fancy one with a nice heavy base and high wattage. I, for one, will never wax like a peasant again.
