Once we got the house training down, I just put pants on him and asked him every 15 mins if he needed. Also took a few changes of pants, trousers, socks and an extra pair of shoes when we were going far from the house.

I know this looks ridiculous, I laughed when my mum gave me it but its amazing. I have it clipped onto the buggy or in his bag and it's completely water tight. He loves using it and it's gotten us out of tight spots as he wouldn't just wee out at the park etc.

I knew seat height wasn't an issue, just the back or sides of the potty + weight of kiddo. I was shown this one, and bought it.

It's awesome that I can bring it while on the go to keep training consistent. Then use it On the toilet for his little butt

You don't need to bring a potty with you - just a travel potty seat that you just put on a regular toilet seat. You can buy foldable ones that easily fit in a bag.

Didn't have to do much, just stick his penis in and say hey go pee LOL.

The way it's designed is supposed to avoid it coming back out.

A woman I knew used a pee bottle and emptied it later. From her description it sounded something like this. She said she'd sit up, scoot to the edge of the bed, then use it. Then rinse it out when she could get to the loo. If it works for you, you could get a couple, then empty them once a day or something?

If worst comes to worst, your body needs water. If I have bladder issues and am too fatigued to do lots of loo trips I eat some salt - it makes you bloat, which means at least you have the water and don't need to pee quite as often! But when you do finally go it's a lot.
