The capacity isn't that much, but it's very nice for spinning out serving sized-portions of clarified milk punch in about 5 minutes.
I guess they mean centrifuges that do something useful or relevant to building nuclear bombs and not just you every day centrifuges that you find in any halfway equipped laboratory and can buy on Amazon.

You know it looks kinda like a microfuge. So if you look at it that way, it's a really cheap microfuge!! Except it uh, doesn't...spin...stuff...
