my father. he used to be this entirely different person, rage fits and such, but he taught me how to think, and has shown me more about becoming happy than anyone else I've ever met. not being happy, because he falls into old habits and picks up new ones, but becoming happy, over and over again, new ways to get back to a centered state where he can be happy.

He always helps me list my options. I couldn't find work for so long, one of the options he gave me was to go live under a bridge for a while. he didn't want that for me, but if it was what I needed, he would support me.

we have such similar mindsets that looking at him is like a road map of like half of my emotional problems, and that gives me such a leg up to getting past them.

• Yep, exactly. We blend it and then put it in the fridge for the next 8 hours.
  
• I fill each nutribullet cup with water until the entire cup (including its contents) weighs 950g. Each cup is about 150g, so that means 800g of powders and liquids combined. I use this scale ( http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ME8VI34 ) and it is AMAZING. The incredible accuracy down to 0.01 grams is insane.
  
• When we blend, we use just water, no ice. (Powders + Heavy Cream/MCT Oil + water.) The 8 hours of refrigeration is enough to not need ice.
  
• I also blend once more in the morning, since it has "settled" a bit overnight. The nutribullet blender is pretty powerful, so it takes only 5-10 seconds of blending each time. And the fact that I drink straight from the cup throughout the day (with this cheap but handy lid: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00WVFNCJ8 ) means cleanup is almost non-existent.
  
• When I take my cup to work, I put it in a lunchbag with a few ice packs. That means it stays cold ALL day, until my last few sips at 5:00 pm.
  
• It tastes so good like a melted Reese's peanut butter milkshake, I've even thought about buying an ice cream maker... Eating ice cream all day, Mmmm...

What a cool contest. I am not sure if I am tall enough to ride this ride but here goes.

I would say it is a toss up between parts for my laptop because it is on its last legs and I can't swing a new one so increasing the memory, new battery and case are pretty high on my list. I also presently do freelance work from home so it is pretty key to life.

The other one would be a new alarm clock because our previous iHome has bit the dust and waking up to the phone alarm isn't cutting it. Once school starts back up it will be pretty important because I won't want my kid to be the late one and I will be working as a substitute teacher (hopefully).

And for a low cost option this because a broken blender sucks and I like to cook and stuffs.

Sounds like you need to use the tamper. Maybe since you found the Vitamix in the trash room you don't have one? You can get one for ~$12 from Amazon or Vitamix.com. Also, loading order can minimize need for the tamper. Try to add liquids and soft items first and hard/frozen ingredients last.

One other thing you can do to make sure everything is in order is to do a quick test run without the container. Make sure nothing is touching the drive socket(!) and then ramp up the speed and make sure it speeds up properly.

My husband had similar thoughts about it until I made him something with it. He never complained again. I don't have any experience with stems, but the dry canister might be more useful for that. Depending on your preference they can be between $80.00-$125.00. This is the one that I have. Any Vitamix canister with fit any Vitamix base, so as long as it has a dry blade you should be fine.

I believe you're being downvoted because people that aren't familiar with ninjas don't know they have blades going all the way up the central column. That much smoothie would be a ton.

Mine came with a pint size cup attachment for single servings that was similar to a nutri-bullet. It has standard blender blades built into the top that you screw on to the cup, invert and place in the blender. Maybe that would work for your needs?

You can buy a retainer nut wrench for about 7 dollars which will allow you to clean the stuff off. There are videos about how to disassemble it. You might want to replace the blade too because it looks bent.

I don't know if the skinny girl size is any different from nutribullet. I have the regular nutri bullet. I bought a larger size cup from Amazon and it works fine for mine.
