You are gonna want to sand it down so it will actually grab but you can try this https://www.amazon.com/Liquid-Pourable-Glazing-Putty-PRODUCTS/dp/B00EURP44G its a pain to figure out the mixture at first. Just look up a couple of videos on glazing putty and you should be good
tell me more :-) ... I found some more info - it's a body filler paste not a tape
